On my birthday..

Last weekend , we went to a Japanese restaurant. Because the day was my birthday. How fast time goes!

anyway, I'll show you a few photos by skipping as follow

You might say they are not enough for your satisfactions,  Not a big beaf steak.. hehe ..just one bite size

What is this? 

You can see  one egg and rice?

But this egg is very fresh , special and rich named just 'Dragon egg'

...scramble the  egg

...and then toss on the rice.

This is Tamagokake-gohan. It is a kind of Carbonara in Italy.
If you try Tamagokake-gohan, you must choose the fresh egg.
